Age Limit (as on 01/07/2013): Above 50 Years of age but below 62 Years.

Educational Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech or Equivalent in Civil Engineering & Electrical Engineering and CA/ICWA (for finance) except for IRAS/ Railway Accounts officers.
