Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) invites Online Recruitment Application (ORA) for filling  total 14 vacancies in Child Development Project Officer, Class-II (Gazetted) and Tehsil Welfare Officer, Class-II (Non-Gazetted) on Contract Basis in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Himachal Pradesh.

• Child Development Project Officer: 03 posts; Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- Grade Pay: Rs.4400/-
• Tehsil Welfare Officer: 11 posts: Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-

Age Limit: 18 - 45 years

Educational Qualifications: Essential - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Desirable - Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh & suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Application Fee: Rs.400/- for General Category, Rs.100/- for S.C. of H.P./S.T. of H.P./O.B.C. of H.P. candidates; No fee for Ex-Servicemen of H.P. The candidates can deposit the requisite fee at any branch of Punjab National Bank through an e-Challan generated through website of the Commission.

Selection Process: Written Examination (Objective Type General Knowledge Current Affairs, General English, English Essay, Hindi & Viva-Voce).
