8. Renowned Islamic Scholar Dr. Zakir Naik has been elected as the Islamic Personality of the Year 2013 by the Dubai International Holy Quran Award. Mumbai-based Dr. Naik is a medical doctor by profession and a well known orator on Islam and Comparative religion.
